Hitech Plast is the owner of a calcium carbonate powder plant of annual capacity 300,000 MT under the trusted brand VMI – one of the top leading producer with the best raw materials provided by a hundred-hectare white marble quarry in Yen Bai, Vietnam. The whole machineries and equipments of our powder plant are of modern and automatic technology.

Hitech Plast owns the latest technology at its 5-hectare processing facilities equipped with automatic production lines of European technology. Besides the Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruders, the company has got many Triple Screw Extruders … which have led to higher manufacturing capabilities and high-quality products with exceptional features.

Our entire production procedures are controlled stringently from the first selection of raw materials, importing and distributing materials, processing steps, supervising, quality controlling, and to the last step of delivery to clients.

Research & Development is the heart of our enterprise with significant investment in facilities and analytical instruments. Our laboratory is certified ISO17025:2017 and well-equipped with modern equipment such as film laminating machine, film blowing machine, Particle size analyzer Malvern Mastersizer 3000E, Chroma Meter Konica Minolta CR-410, etc. Our experienced R&D team monitors the entire procedure from chemical formulation to final product optimization which enables us to provide advanced solutions for demanding applications based on customer needs.
